Boss of the Sauce, RCP’s signature event, was the first ever World Championship Qualifying BBQ Pitmaster Competition ever to be held in Northeast Florida. This Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned event enjoyed an inaugural kick-off that quickly drew attention from top competitors resulting in a strong field that enjoyed one of the largest prize pools in the Nation.
